New Archive Rule

As you may well know, the archive has been set to delete invoices after they have been on our system for 7 months.

We have decided to extend our archive from 7 to 12 months. So, from this point on, invoices will be stored in our archive for 1 year. After 1 year they will be automatically deleted from our system.

Service Interruption

Our colocation provider had an issue with a piece of power distribution equipment that affected two of three circuits that power our servers. This caused all EMT products and services to be unavailable at approximately 5:10pm Eastern. The problem was immediately identified by our monitoring tools and some services were restored at approximately 6:45pm Eastern. All products services were available by 7:00pm Eastern. Our colocation provider is working on with us to redistribute power circuits to make a recurrence far less likely and remove any single points of failure.

 

I apologize for the service interruption. All of us at EMT understand how critical our services have become to our customers and we will continue to take proactive and preventative measures to avoid service interruptions in the future. Thank you for your patience and for being an EMT customer.

Holiday Update

Don’t use Chrome to register

Recently, we’ve been having a problem with the online registration not working for Google Chrome.

So, if you get this error message…

 

“Undefined

Correct these errors and resubmit

than .”

 

…switch to Internet Explorer, Safari, or Firefox.

Trading partner list has moved

To download our most recent agency and station lists, you must log in to your account at emediatrade.net and click “MY ACCOUNT” at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. Here you will have the opportunity to “Download the latest list of agencies signed up with eMediaTrade” or “Download the latest list of stations signed up with eMediaTrade.” Click the desired link, and go on your merry way.
